In Stock Items: If a product is listed as in stock, it will be dispatched within 3 business days after your order is placed.

• National Shipping: Up to 3 business days
• Europe: Approximately 5 business days
• International: Up to 14 business days. Please note that customs procedures may occasionally extend delivery times.

Insurance and Tracking:

• All shipments are insured by the sender for your peace of mind.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Made-to-Order Items:

• If an item is not in stock and needs to be produced, please allow up to 4 weeks for creation. We collaborate with brands from all over the world, and each piece is crafted with meticulous care and perfection. Some suppliers may require more time than others.
• If we anticipate that the creation time will exceed 4 weeks, we will inform you in advance.
